It has been a complete pleasure working with you as you would have guessed since we hired you back. We have worked with builders/contractors for the construction of our prior residence and our current and the experience cannot even be compared. You were referred to us by a friend, and we have and will continue to do the same. You always promptly return calls, and show up when you say you will. A story we tell friends, when you were finishing our attic, you called us from the road to let us know you were going to be late by a half hour late. We are not use to receiving calls for being 3 hours late, never mind just a half hour. You take pride in your work, which shows in your attention to detail, your punctuality, and your finished product. You utilize your expertise to give constructive criticism as the project progresses to make sure we are happy with our design choices and you are always happy to work with us if changes need to be made. We made the right choice in picking Coelho Construction to do our basement construction project.  Helder (Coelho) was courteous, friendly, honest, and hardworking from the quote through completion of the project.  We finished our basement into a multi-use space  (playroom, office, storage and bathroom) and Helder helped us with space design in addition to construction.  He answered all our questions along the way and helped us work through several mid-project changes we requested.  We are very happy with the end results.

I would like to thank you and your crew for a great job on our family room addition. You created a customer for life when you first did our deck a few years ago, so picking you to do the addition was a no brainer. You approached that smaller job with the same enthusiasm, pride, and commitment as you did the addition. Your inputs and ideas were invaluable throughout the entire process which saved us from making some design mistakes. We appreciated your honesty (which is sometimes hard to find in this line of work), punctuality and positive approach on our project.

We have used Coelho Construction on a couple of major projects (kitchen remodel & screened deck), and in both cases we were impressed with the overall quality of work, high degree of customer service and attentiveness to detail that is often hard to find in today’s construction field.  Helder Coelho, the owner, is very knowledgeable about all phases of construction, and he is willing to do whatever is necessary to complete a job to the customer’s specifications, even if those specifications change during the construction process.  We would not hesitate to use Coelho Construction again for future work on our home.

The attention to detail that Helder and his crew provided to us was outstanding and beyond what we expected from a general contractor especially after experiencing some poor relationships in the past with local contractors.
